Compliance Research Of Trial Reports As The Cases Of Qvod

Trial reports come across the field of journalism and the field of law, mainly around the court trial process. The trial reports are different from the ordinary news reports, especially in the current law environment. We should not only pay attention to the news, and to balance the judicial process, but also comply with the relevant policies.Try to use the normative professional’law expressions’.Try to ensure the reports are legal compliance and in the right order.This article selects three cases of Li Moumou case, Qvod case, and Peng Yu case.All these cases are highlighes and reprecentative at that time. For the study of each case, the key is to select two reports of the same case in the different angles to discourse analysis, by the words, sentences, general arrangement, theme proposition, from micro to macro contrast research, Analysing the two reports about how the phrase, how the overall planning and conception.Through research and analysis, this paper found that the trial reports exist many uncompliance problems in different degrees, such as some of them against the policy of governing the country with law, the use of legal terms is not rigorous, deviated from the basic principle of news reports. Analysis reasons of these problems, are:the concept, the rule of law idea has not been set up; the lack of policies and regulations department lead audit in the process; in the system, the legal counsel system is still not established in the media organizations; in the report team, professional quality is not enough and lack of the legal quality; there is also a confusion that public medias are lack of professional quality; with journalism law has not also to have certain relations.In conclusion, this article through analysis of Li Moumou case, Qvod case, and Peng Yu case, find the trial reports have common or personality problems and also analyze the causes of them. It intends to trial reports with more compliance in the future.
