Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology is rapidly popularized and spread for its advantages as high degree of security and confidentiality high-speed communications, ease of use, and low cost characteristics. At the same time, along with Chinese rapid economic development, the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, more and more high-end residential community came into being, the intelligent of residential property management attracts increasing being attention, due to the construction area is larger and larger, as well as security personnel team is relatively young, and level of education is relatively low, making the work of security personnel patrol tracking attendance, management, emergency alarm and support work is very difficult for them. The combination of these two aspects of the present situation, A wireless positioning system for a district security personnel is designed based on the radio frequency handheld reader in this paper. The patrolling of security personnel, alarm and data wireless transmission is implemented in the hardware of system, and track of patrol, time of punch, police intelligence monitoring of location is achieved by visual interactive interface.MSP430F1611,SLRC400,CC2420are selected respectively as the master chip, RF reader chip, wireless transmission chip in the handheld reader, and the necessary peripheral configuration circuit to work is designed for each chip, on this basis, the keyboard circuit, the alarm circuit and LED indicator circuit of the reader are further to be designed, making the reader more implemented basic function, which was fixedly mounted on the electronic tag encoded information of the cell is read as a system, then through the coding process,the information is transmitted via the wireless communication module to the routing nodes of the ZigBee wireless transmission networkThe issued data of the reader is received by the routing node of ZigBee wireless transmission network which is covering the cell, then a optimal path is selected to upload the information step by step, and eventually be sent to the coordinator node communicating with the monitoring host.The received data is decoded, filtered, amplification processed by coordinator node, and send to the monitoring host database for the system to further use, finally it is displayed by monitoring host through the visual interactive interface, which was designed with VC++platform to provide users with services, such as real-time location of patrol officers, history patrol trajectory queries, real-time monitoring of police intelligence, and deployment of personnel.Finally, only the learning development board CC2420is used to simulate ZigBee wireless data transmission experiment in the paper and experimental results further demonstrate the feasibility of the design.The design of the integrated use of radio frequency identification technology, ZigBee wireless transmission technology, software programming and database technology simple application, sets a feasibility program to solve the difficult management of district security personnel, inspections the path existence of dead ends, an probability for criminals, residents the life safety specific practical problems exist hidden. In the practical applications of the systems, supervision of patrol officers can use with the existing video surveillance system which may miss some monitoring dead ends regularly targeted inspections, exclude security risks from the fundamental, to guarantee the residents live and work within the jurisdiction; and provide strong support for the information technology to property management for the system. The stored information can provide a reference for queries attendance as employees at the end of month, awards appraised key basis, eventually making the process of property management information more quickly, to bring greater efficiency to the enterprise, so the system has a broad the development of space and good market prospects.
