With the rapid development in the network and information technology, as well as theapplication of computer technology, the application of automatic management and monitoringtechnology were widely used in the production, not only reducing costs, but also greatlyenhancing the economic efficiency and competitiveness. Radio pressure transmitter is aproduct of the development of the high-tech. The variation in the pressure of the liquid isacquired by a pressure transmitter, which is a traditional technique of modern electronicmeasurement. But how to efficiently transmit the data reliably to a remote monitoring centeris becoming committed to resolving the problem of modern engineering. The ZigBee is ashort-range and low-power wireless communication technology by IEEE802.15.4agreement,which is a wireless data communications in industrial automation requirements of highreliability and robustness of the conditions.Based on ZigBee technology, a new wireless pressure sensor and its transmitter weredesigned in this thesis. Firstly, the current development and agreement framework of theZigBee technology were discussed in this thesis, including network security layer stack,physical layer, MAC layer and application architecture in the protocol. The designed systemhas strong anti-jamming, low power loss and cost.The radio frequency chip CC2530was used in the hardware design. CC2530is a truesystem on-chip (SoC) solution which is used for IEEE802.15.4, ZigBee, and RF4CEapplications. CC2530is able to create a strong network of nodes with very low total cost ofmaterials, meeting the low-cost requirements on ZigBee. Meanwhile, CC2530combines theenhanced standard8051CPU in the industry with different modes of operation, making itespecially suitable for ultra low-power system requirements. Moreover, short conversion timebetween the different modes of operation further ensures low energy consumption. CC2530uses the2.4GHz transceiver module by Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum technology. So ithas better anti-interference ability and longer transmission distance, compared to the generalFSK, ASK and FM Digital Transmission Radio.Based on Z-Stack protocol stack application programming, the software part of thecompilation uses the IAR compiler environment. The measured parameters can be transmittedto the receiving devices through the ZigBee technology wirelessly. Data receiving is realizedat the receiving end, realizing C#programming in the host computer system. At last, itfinishes information on-site data acquisition and real-time environmental monitoring usingwireless pressure transmitter.
