With the development of technology and economic globalization, industrial control automation has become increasingly demanding, the traditional industrial system of monitoring points and control points are based on the installation of wired connections, but will be restrained by wired cabling, power supply, installation of places and maintenance, resulting in the installation and maintenance difficulties. The wireless sensor network (WSN) technology is widely used in various industrial controls, can solve these problems, and has many advantages, rational using of this technology will greatly promote the industrial development.Internet of things is one of the emerging seven emerging industries, is the future trend of development, wireless sensor network technology is one of the main technical, wireless sensor network technology is very popular in today's international focus of attention on the study, ZigBee technology is designed for wireless sensor network, it is a new kind of close, low complexity, low power, low data rate and low cost technology.The system design is based on hydrogenation of shale oil, considering the pressure parameter is the important data of the process, when a pressure is overrun, and not control in time, easily cause explosion, fire and other serious problems, therefore, this system innovative selection pressure as the main control parameters of the object, carrying out research and design work on the pressure data monitoring system in the shale oil hydrogenation process based on ZigBee technology.This thesis analyzes the ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and related theory, generally designs shale oil hydrogenation process pressure monitoring system and in accordance with the overall design, this article constructs the wireless sensor network (WSN) pressure monitoring system based on the CC2430 and NPI-15C-353AH pressure sensor, it also designs the wireless communication module, sensor module, power module and serial interface communication module of WSN nodes, as a result, it achieves a monitoring purpose which has low cost, low power consumption, high reliability and makes system configuration easily. When this article implements the pressure data monitoring and wireless communication on the state of high pressure in the shale oil hydrogenation process, uses the serial interface to bind the WSN and pressure controlling system, which implements the automatic control of pressure.
