This thesis focus on the study of credibly of online shopping website, it's belong to user experience study, which should concern on user's sensibility. Credibly of online shopping website is based on user's trust on web technology, it also demand scientific website design flow and usability. A lovely online shopping website with good credibly can be used efficiently by decreasing time which users spend on comparing goods and websites, so, we can say nice credibly can make people more happy and efficient when shopping online.Although user experience design is belong to User-Centred Design, I didn't only chose traditional UCD methods on this study, but combined it with Kansi engineer methods, which it's more suitable in dealing with sensibilities. This study also concerned on how to design navigation process to simulate people's experience on doing a thing. In the end, I set up a credibly quantification model to evaluate users'experience on using an on line shopping website.The study started from user requirements which found by research on users'motivation, psychology and processes of online shopping. By finding the corresponding relationships between Kansi images and characteristics of website elements, I designed an online shopping website to improve the user's experience of credibly, and evaluated it with a user experience quantification model.
