| In the face of the problem that physical stores can not meet the growing personalized needs of consumers,online shopping mode is arose.Online shopping expands the form of shopping and gives birth to a brand-new business form of e-commerce.The popularity of mobile broadband technology and personal mobile terminals has pushed the development of e-commerce to a peak.E-commerce platform is easier to perceive and meet the individual needs of consumers,provides a large number of goods and more favorable prices,online shopping has become an indwaspensable part of consumers’ daily life.However,the traditional online shopping has experience limitations,and experience dwastortion is a biggest problem of online e-commerce,consumers’ real perception of goods is seriously hindered and common mwasmatch problems is caused by that.More importantly,consumers pay more and more attention to the experience and feeling of the consumption process,and experience dwastortion is becoming a stumbling block to the future development of e-commerce.The problem of traditional online shopping has also been recognized by enterprwases and governments,and began to explore ways to improve the online shopping experience.At present,the visual angle of dealing with the distortion of online shopping experience is still limited to audio-visual experience,ignoring the introduction of experience dimension expansion technologies such as the Internet of things.In view of this,with the goal of improving the real experience of online shopping and relying on the technology of the Internet of things,this thesis carries out the research on the construction of the five-sense experience model of online shopping on the Internet of things.First of all,the questionnaire and natural language processing technology are used to investigate and analyze the current situation of consumers’ online shopping experience.The results show that at present,the defect of five-sense experience of online shopping is obvious,consumers’ satisfaction with five-sense experience is low and the real five-sense experience of online shopping is urgently needed,and there is the problem of consumer experience distortion in traditional online shopping.Secondly,aiming at the problem of consumer experience distortion in traditional online shopping,this thesis introduces the Internet of things mirror experience shopping scene,describes the technical process of Internet of things mirror experience shopping,and constructs the mathematical model of Internet of things mirror experience shopping.Enhance the experience dimension of long-distance online shopping from the audiovisual perception of traditional online shopping to the five senses of audio-visual touch and smell;at the same time,reduce the grayscale of online experience,so that the effect of remote experience of consumers is closer to that of on-site shopping in physical stores.Finally,taking the tactile experience as an example,on the basis of the process analysis of the tactile experience of the Internet of things online shopping,the algebraic expression is abstractly condensed,and the technical implementation of each module of the online tactile experience of the Internet of things is described in detail.Based on the above analysis,the implementation framework of the tactile experience technology of the Internet of things is designed;the tactile drawing function model of VR software is constructed,and the real case is used to calculate the model,and the tactile experience effect is analyzed.This thesis compares the tactile experience of online shopping on the Internet of things with the tactile portrait experience of VR software,and expounds the similarities and differences between them and their respective use scenes.Based on the technology of Internet of things,the overall model of five senses experience in online shopping is creatively put forward.and for the first time uses the Internet of things technology to enhance the dimension of online experience from "audiovisual" to "audio-visual touch and smell",so as to solve the problem of experience grayscale.Solving the problem of distortion of online e-commerce experience is helpful to improve the online shopping environment,support the new e-commerce under the situation of Internet of things,and promote the comprehensive online commodity transaction. |
