With the rise of online shopping and the rapid evolution of e-commerce formats,online platforms for purchasing flowers have also emerged and are advancing towards convenience,diversity of varieties,and ease of communication.However,current flower shopping platforms suffer from a multitude of issues,including convoluted operations,unclear interface design,and ambiguous brand positioning.Additionally,with the increasing trend of "selfgratification" consumption,individual consumers are likely to become the dominant force in online flower shopping.However,most current flower shopping platforms cater to groups such as florists and floral art schools,with few targeting individual buyers.This article aims to explore and enhance the user experience of flower shopping platforms in the context of online shopping.Using the "Greenness" app as an example,innovative designs for flower shopping apps will be explored with the goal of providing valuable references for future platform development.Firstly,the practical background of online flower purchasing platforms is analyzed.Starting from the flower purchasing platforms with a large number of users and a long existence in the current market,this paper organizes and summaries the status and shortcoming of the online flower purchasing platform from three dimensions,including brand establishment background,brand positioning and sales platform.Meanwhile,the concept of user experience is defined,and the current domestic and foreign research status on user experience is reviewed,establishing a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Secondly,the classification of online flower purchasing platforms is conducted through a combination of literature research and case analysis methodologies.The platforms with a substantial user base are selected from each category,and an in-depth analysis is conducted based on three dimensions: product positioning,hierarchical structure,and interface design.Through conducting user interviews and questionnaires,a mathematical analysis is performed on the target user group of online flower purchasing platforms to deeply investigate their demands and establish a user profile for the flower purchasing app.Based on the above research,the design principles and strategies for the "Greenness" app are proposed.Finally,a systematic analysis of the requirements of the target users for the "Greenness" app is conducted based on its brand positioning.Based on this analysis,the overall hierarchical structure and operational flow of the "Greenness" app are determined though this analysis,along with design specifications and interaction process.An usability testing is applied to ensure the correctness,accuracy,and reliability of the design scheme and the results indicate that the final revised design scheme achieves the expected effect.
