The class Integrated Management System for Vocational and Technical College isset to manage student information and class information system. As a head-teacher ofvocational and technical institutions, The reason of my choice the System of classintegrated Management to be the graduation design topic in order to manage studentinformation better.This system is developed with Delphi7.0and Microsoft Office Access2003whichare currently popular. Delphi7.0is a visual interface that allows us to keep control of theprogramming process at any moment. Microsoft Office Access2003is easy to learn andfavorable for us to learn and use.In this paper, the class Integrated Management System for Vocational andTechnical College is developed according to the needs of the class and gradecomprehensive management, applying object-oriented design ideas. The system ismainly operated by head-teachers, including the major functional modules such assystem management, student information management, performance managementschool roll changing and basic information. The system is developed using Delphi7.0program language as the development language of front-end application program andthe Microsoft Office Access2003as the background database development tool. Themain contents of this paper include: basic concepts and connotations of the classcomprehensive management system for Vocational and Technical College; theintroduction to the application technology Delphi7.0and Microsoft Office Access2003;analysis charts of system requirements and driftage; particular database analysis, therealization of the system and the introduction to the codes. In this paper, the designphilosophy and ideas of the class Integrated Management System for Vocational andTechnical College is developed at the basis of the object-oriented design ideas, toprovide a reference for student management at general vocational and technical schools.I add the content of software testing to the design and implementation of thesystem., because software testing is an important content. There will be situations needmaking a judgment to problems which we will possibly encounter in using the software, so as to ensure the software normal operation. Moreover, it should be accompanied byappropriate documentation, for the users to use more conveniently.
