| The core competitiveness of an enterprise relies on efficiency, while themain way to improve its efficiency is the informationization management, wherethe key factor is the informationization management of office supplies. By the aidof informationization management of office supplies, we can reduce problemsthat exist in the management of office supplies as far as possible, makecorrections in time, prepare the detailed statement of statistical analysis, andprovide the timely decision-making information for the management of officesupplies, in order to reduce the cost of enterprise management and improve itsmanagement efficiency.Based on the development of management information system of BeijingXiangcai Fudi Investment Co., Ltd., after reviewing the existing problems in themanagement of office supplies and by employing the basic principles andmethods for the development of management information system, this thesisdesigned and developed “Beijing Xingcai Fudi Office Supplies ManagementSystem†using Delphi7as the front-end development tool and ACCESS as theback-end database, in order to assist staff for the proper and efficient in-out stock,departments’ requisition, scrap processing and inquiring.After discussing the requirement analysis and functional requirements ofBeijing Xiangcai Fudi Investment Co., Ltd., this thesis specified the overall design,database design, and detailed design, analysis and realization of functionalmodules of the office supplies management information system. Finally, results ofsystem testing showed that the expected effect had been achieved. In the sectionof conclusion, it showed the development situation and the further work.This system was developed and compiled successfully using Delphi7under WindowsXP Professional. At present, the system is running well and haspreliminarily shown the superiority of informationization management, promotingthe management level of Beijing Xiangcai Fudi Investment Co., Ltd. |
