These systems are used in thedevelopment of technologies obsolete, very inconvenient to use, and reliability, andmaintainability sharing system are poor, which led to the current management of thepolice station information can be low, seriously affecting the efficiency of the policestation.Firstly,this article comprehensive study of police management and the existingmanagement information system has been the status quo, described the researchbackground.Secondly,focusing on the UML, Microsoft Visual Basic and database features andadvantages of Microsoft Office Access, and from the perspective of the managementinformation system was carried out a detailed analysis.Thirdly，the police station for analysis and design of an integrated managementsystem were discussed and analyzed by the system requirements, describes the functionalmodel of the system, detailed design and the design of the database, and analyzed thesystem based on UML.Finally, the system is the initial implementation, the main function of area residents,including household information management, information management, and key sitessimple record management.The system is based on C/S mode, using Microsoft Visual Basic development toolas a front desk, Microsoft Office Access database as a background as a basis, the use of development tools provide a variety of object-oriented components, to achieve aseparation of business logic and data systems, improve the stability and scalability of thesystem, so that the management system developed by a clear hierarchy, division of laboris simple, high code efficiency, easy maintenance and expansion.
