Design And Implementation Of Teaching Management System Of Education

The class Integrated Management System for Vocational and Technical College is set to manage student information and class information system. As a head-teacher of EF Education, The reason of my choice the System of class integrated Management to be the graduation design topic in order to manage student information better. This system is developed with Delphi7.0 and Microsoft Office Access 2010 which are currently popular. Delphi7.0 is a visual interface that allows us to keep control of the programming process at any moment. Microsoft Office Access 2010 is easy to learn and favorable for us to learn and use.In this paper, the class Integrated Management System for Vocational and Technical College is developed according to the needs of the class and grade comprehensive management, applying object-oriented design ideas. The system is mainly operated by head-teachers, including the major functional modules such as system management, student information management, performance management school roll changing and basic information. The system is developed using Delphi7.0 program language as the development language of front-end application program and the Microsoft Office Access 2010 as the background database development tool. The main contents of this paper include: basic concepts and connotations of the class comprehensive management system for Vocational and Technical College; the introduction to the application technology Delphi7.0 and Microsoft Office Access 2010; analysis charts of system requirements and driftage; particular database analysis, the realization of the system and the introduction to the codes. In this paper, the design philosophy and ideas of the class Integrated Management System for Vocational and Technical College is developed at the basis of the object-oriented design ideas, to provide a reference for student management at general vocational and technical schools.I add the content of software testing to the design and implementation of the system., because software testing is an important content. There will be situations need making a judgment to problems which we will possibly encounter in using the software, so as to ensure the software normal operation. Moreover, it should be accompanied by appropriate documentation, for the users to use more conveniently.
