Design And Realization Of OA System Based On The Digital City

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, urban management becomesmore and more important. Urban management is complicated system engineering,including a part of any impeded, may cause the whole system worst operatingefficiency.There are three aspects of outstanding issues in urban management based onsome city in China. The first is lack of overall planning and supervision, unifiedcommand and coordination, rational division of labor and cooperation on the urbanmanagement, which is so difficult to integrate various resources that can’t provide thecitizen with quick, efficient and high quality service. The second lies in the low urbanmanagement information level. Each unit has no internal OA system which made thefiles and documental records, examination and approval, tracking, archive, query,meeting memo and schedule arrangement done by handwork or paperwork. The third isthe contradiction of urban construction planning and urban infrastructure constructionwith urbanization.In this case, efforts should be put in urban management with continuouslyperfecting democratic system by broadening citizen’s political rights participation andstrengthening open politics in order to gradually build up decision-making,implementation and supervision based on digital and automation management on thebasis of the digital trend.Author mainly researches the core part of digital urbanization by two ways, one isthe digital urban management through matching with geographic information system torealize the urban with various problems occurred in discovery, collection, report andresolution in a timely attitude, and finally to verify execution. At the same time, let thepublic and people in this field put forward evaluation on the overall level of urbanmanagement. Therefore, an effective closed loop control is formed to improve the levelof urban management. The other is to design office automation software (OA software)for organizations. During the city management process, only effective communicationcan complete the functional departments with a swing, instead of lacking of effective management software made communication inefficiency in the past. Through the OAsoftware, functional departments can understand each other’s work, and achieve thepurpose of urban management.It is be analyzed that urban management demands by using UML as well as officeautomatic software demands by using case diagram, then analyses software’s key partof the timing diagram, meanwhile produces ER diagram of database design, theinterface and main code, finally tests system as an example of some urban.
