With the rapid development of computer network technology and wide range of applications in government management,to promote e-government has become the focus of governments and the main objectives of informationize development of country.The development of e-government, First of all, to build up and down through the horizontal longitudinal interconnected, functions perfect, high-speed stability, safe and reliable, a standardized platform to share e-government network,which supports interconnection of cross-sectoral, cross-regional business networks and the corresponding, meets the needs of government applications. Thus on an unified network platform for e-government to achieve controlled access between different departments or different business , information-sharing and data-exchanging of cross-sectoral or cross-system, has become a basic requirement for e-government network building.MPLS-VPN is an IP VPN based on MPLS (Multi-protocol Label Switching) technology, which applieds MPLS technology in the network routing and switching equipment that simplifies the routing approach of core router, combins the label switching of the traditional routing technology to achieve IP VPN in the IP virtual private network[1]. MPLS-VPN becomes an important research direction of large-scale e-government affair network for its high reliability and security, strong management capabilities and QoS guarantee, flexible control strategy and scalability.This article descripts the theory of e-government, and studies the needs of e-government network-building comprehensively, Questions two issues for solving security isolation and controlled access in a large-scale settlement of e-government network which carries multi-service system(different operating systems need to be mutually isolated).The main method is to use VPN (Virtual Private Network) technology,describes the VPN technology from the basic concepts, classification, principle, etc. compares the advantages and disadvantages between traditional VPN technologies and MPLS-VPN technology,and then reaches a conclusion that MPLS-based VPN technology solutions is the optimal solution program for the current large-scale e-government affair network construction.During the study subjects of the course, in accordance with the construction of thought system of e-government affair network.From the needs, the focus of analysis is the technical details on MPLS-VPN, introduces the principle of L2 MPLS-VPN and L3/BGP MPLS-VPN. From building the experimental network model, which access to experimental data, validation and analysis of MPLS-VPN superiority in the security, scalability, topological flexibility, reliability, CoS/QoS, network maintenance management etc.On the basis of analysising the theory of MPLS-VPN technology, then takes Qingdao e-government network construction as the background.Puts forward ideas for design and implementation of E-government affair network platform based on MPLS-VPN Technology. Further elaborated in MPLS-VPN, which sets the security, high scalability, low cost, high flexibility and quality of service and traffic engineering capabilities to ensure that the advantages used in a large-scale e-government network construction. To better meet the needs of centralized and unified e-government, integrated services, coordinated the development trend of the demand for the Chief.And realize the remote communications for IP data, voice and video based on a unified network platform.It has great guiding significance for building large-scale e-government network platform.And olso provides an effective means for IPv4 network to IPv6 network transition.
