The Research On The Layout Design And The Key Technologies Of The Network Of Electronic Government Affair In Xilinguole

With the fast development of the information technology and the acceleration of the process of urbanization in recent years, the development of the cities in our country comes into a phase of rapid development. Electronic government affair is the strategic forerunner of the construction of the digital city and the nervus centralis of the digital city. The development of electronic government affair will build up a virtual government by breaking the man-made barriers that now exist in various executive organizations. And it will make the government affairs, administration and services public by breaking the limitation of the time, space, procedure and human factors.With the rapid development of the economy of XiLinGuole City, the government of XiLinGuole City put forward the proposal of building up a unified network platform of the electronic government affair which was high-speed, safe, stable, functional and easy to operate in 2006. As an engineer of this project, it is necessary to do a in-depth and overall check of the construction way of thinking, the structures of the network and the key technologies in order to propose a reasonable integration scheme which will be beneficial to the work safety, stability and effectiveness of the network.There are six chapters in this paper which respectively discuss the connecting technology, the layout, the construction, the key technologies and so on. It also raises some examples of the application of the network, and the scheme and the implementation steps of the network which takes SDH/MSTP as the access stratum.The first chapter presents the current situation and structures of the network of the electronic government affair in XiLinGuole City. The second chapter introduces nine wired and wireless connecting technologies in XiLinGuole's network. In the third chapter, the construction objectives and content of the network of the electronic government affair are discussed. The fourth chapter states the construction scheme of the network and particularly analyse the application of the platform of the emergency command headquarter of the network. In the fifth chapter, the key technologies of the network are programmed. Finally, it proposes the implementation way of thinking and the suggestion of employment of the access stratum of the network of the electronic government affair.
