To communicate and listen with public on network, to promote the supervisor's decision-making open, democracy and efficiency, to advance work management and decision efficiency. This OA system the thesis described based on the reality of Shandong Institute of Scientific and Technical Information, carry through the particular research of normal work, use the advanced develop pattern and platform,, beginning with structure design, accomplishes the acquired analysis and system design of normal work ,finally realizes the B/S structured OA system.First of all, this paper discusses the develop background, actuality in-out nation and main problem of the OA system, describes the demand of analysis of work pattern and work production, based on acquisition and analysis to explain the development period requirement by graphic.On the demand of analysis, we design the structure of OA system based on clients' demand and system to design function pattern technique pattern and security pattern. The function pattern is sorts of delivering management and requirement management. The technique pattern mainly based on the extending, maintenance and performance, using .NET as development pattern and analyses each pattern.Second, we particularly design the OA system. The first is database, according to the class relation graph, it contains ad post pattern, inside file transferring, then it is the case particularly design, according to the case class graph and case sequence graph, introduces the function, interface and operating.At last, it is the achievement of this system. We simply introduce the ad post pattern, offer the graph and reality, then we have the focus on attachment uploading and file receiving. The attachment uploading mainly explained the uploading process and how to realize by code. The file receiving is mainly about the importance and process. Finally, by using Page.IsPostBack, database open and close and the management and using of session, we explain the function optimizing of this system.
