Design And Implementation Of Electronic Government System For Digital Urban Management

In order to get pace with the urban modernization of our country,Digital Urban Management has been put on the agenda by the government nowadays.We can found its trace in city planning,constructing,management and service and etc.Based on the e-government system developed by the digital urban management platform,this reserch uses information technology to promote the digital construction of government departments in urban management,so as to realize the innovation and transformation of government management functions.The thesis solves problems mainly as follow:1.The adoption of Web GIS system developed based on Arc GIS platform realizes the collection application of mobile terminal and Web terminal,which can help users to realize the data entry of problems at any time and everywhere,and realize the rapid reporting of data;2.It provides a fast and effective acceptance window for the relevant departments of urban management and the public by the method of adding reporting channels and optimizing the acceptance process,to get a quick review and locate the problem,and ensures the information can be accepted and transmitted timely and accurately.3.It provides comprehensive evaluation function for urban management business to promote the long-term operation of digital urban management,according to relevant standards,evaluation methods and indicators.The web application server environment of the digital urban management e-government system designed in this thesis is realized by windows 2008 server + Web logic.The Web GIS environment is realized by Arc GIS,and the background database is on large-scale relational database Oracle 11 g.The system has a strong application value,especially in the efficiency of urban administration.After testing,the system has realized the basic functions of urban management supervisors,such as information reporting,acceptance of urban management issues,checking and processing,comprehensive evaluation of urban management,data updating,and etc.The performance of the system is superior,simple to use,stable and reliable.Besides,it can meet the use of all age groups,with different education background,and different quality personnel.At present,the digital city management e-government system is running well,and has scored remarkable effects.
