| Shengli oilfield is a super oil and gas production enterprise subordinate to SinopecGroup, there are seven Marine affiliated units engaged in different engineering fields,work area covers Dongying, Yantai and Binzhou city. In recent years with thedevelopment of offshore oil field, the situation of production safety is serious. How toeffectively manage the work areas and ensure production safe and environmentalprotection becomes a huge issue of the Shengli oilfield. To achieve fine and intelligentship management, maximize the ship operation effectiveness and to enhance shipmanagement level, network and control technology has been applied, makingproduction site automatic monitoring, production of real-time command and flatmanagement a reality. Through the comparison of production operation status andhistorical&experimental data, important data and information realize real-timesummary and processing, thus, a series of those as following have been achieved as theoriginal management process and model modification and optimization, shipmanagement organization rationalization, scheduling method modernization anddecision command scientization. All those above have sufficiently improved thescheduling management level and the safety and efficiency of ship navigation, whichbring about navigation accident beforehand prevention and improve production qualityand efficiency.In this paper, the ship dynamic monitoring system were detailed analyzed, combinedwith the actual needs, according to the data collection come from AIS and GPSdevices, construct a ship dynamic monitoring platform system by asp.net4.0and oracledatabase, realized more effective production management. Based on this, which makethe enterprise production management gradually be more and more informatization andfine.On development approaches, the system adopts the prevailing Rational UnifiedProcess (RUP) idea. The method of iteration is adopted for the whole developmentprocedure. This solved the problem of communication among experts, softwaredesigners and users, improved efficiency and quality of the system. On technological realization, the system adopts B/S (Browser/Server) structure. Most functions arerealized on the server-side, in this way the load of client-side is decreased. Adopting thetechnology of Ajax can maintain data without updating the entire page. It makes Webapplications have more rapid response to user actions, and avoid the network to sendinformation which has not changed. Moreover, the system adopts the Ext JS frameworkto design unified, simple and elegant interface. On designing mode, the system adoptsthree-layer Web applying programs and the developing and designing model on thebasis of ASP.NET. This model divides Web applying program into three basic levels:User’s interface level, business logic level and the date access level. This system is goodto separate the business logic and the express, which increased the system’s reusabilityand expansibility. |
