The thesis firstlychooses and states appropriate techniques for the system, and then analyses therequirements of the system, including design goal, unitary function, performance andconfiguration．Finally the system is implemented．The system consists of modules suchas user information management, oil drilling tools document management, oil drillingtools using management, oil drilling tools dynamic changing management, oil drillingtools dynamic lending and returning management, oil drilling tools dynamic repairingmanagement and oil drilling tools dynamic depreciation management, etc. Besides, thesystem provides functions such as fuzzy search with multiple conditioning, supportingmultiple form formats and output. At the same time, any kind of data can betransformed to EXCEL format．All these make the system strong simple and practicaloil drilling tools dynamic management system. The system fully meets the requirementswith simple operations, friendly interface and easy learning. The system emphasizes concepts of humanity and individuality, making the system having easy-maintenanceand good scalability.
