Shengli Oilfield Sewage Treatment Plant Automatic Control System Design And Implementation

In our country, more wastewater treatment plans are being built since theenvironmental protection is becoming more and more important and this has played avital role in the local environmental protection. Well programmed automation systemsare demanded because of the complexity of wastewater treatment and the poorenvironmental condition.This thesis interprets the design, the construction and the production test of thenew Shengli Oil Field Hekou Sewage Treatment Plant, and the establishment process ofa plant-wide industrial automation control system, which is based on the planttechnology characteristics and environmental condition.This thesis also introduces thebasic knowledge of the sewage treatment system, the process design characteristics ofShengli Oilfield Hekou Waste Water Treatment Plant and as well as the developingstatus and trends. the automation software and hardware system.The construction process and the function of the new Shengli Oilfield HekouWaste Water Treatment Plant automation control system are introduced. the design ideasand design scheme of automation systems are focused on. Key waterworks equipmentcontrol program are described, and part of the codes are given out in this paper. Thepaper also gives a detailed description of the host configuration software function.Hekou Sewage Treatment Plant uses Siemens300series PLC as data acquisition andcontrol terminal. The network is built on annular Industrial Ethernet normal network,Taking Advantech IPC as a host computer to monitor the status of the PLC and thewhole plant equipment, designs a clear and useful PC master interface, achieves thefollowing functions: the sewage treatment system process data acquisition, control,display, exception alerts, and daily report printing.The author took part in the practice of the automation control system buildingprocess, and well completed the project.The system is stable and reliable, easy to runand fully meet the production process requirements according to the long actualproduction running test.
