Design And Implementation Of The Agricultural Bank Of China People Management System In Dongying Based On Swing Technology

With the development of the information technology, computers occupy an important position in daily life. In the business of bank, personnel management plays a very important role, and it is responsible for the entire bank daily arrangement, personnel management, wage management, and training management. As the number of bank employee increases, the difficult of the management is also improved. The efficient personal management will improve the market competitiveness of the bank.In this thesis, with the use of advanced information technology, based on the development platform of Eclipse, using Oracle database and Java programming language, using Swing technology, a set of bank personnel management system was developed.Following the software engineering theory, the development process is divided into four phases, demand analysis, system design, system coding and system testing. Firstly related background technology about the bank personnel management system was described; and then the software structure of the system and data structure were designed, and database modeling was designed with the help of PowerDesigner. Analyzing the relationship between tables by E-R diagram, using Java language, each function modules of the system were developed. Finally the test of the system was carried out, summarizing the advantages of the system.The management system has achieved the system login module, the main form of the system, the public module, personnel management module, wage module, system maintenance module, these six major management functions. This management system provides scientific basis decision-making to banks in the personnel arrangement, treatment management, training management, and this system can improve production efficiency and the enterprise’s core competitiveness.After the implementation of this personnel management system in Agricultural Bank of Dongying, the efficiency was improved obviously. The realization of the paperless saved a large number of funds. At the same time, this system can meet the needs of modern enterprise management personnel basically.
