Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of Core Competitiveness Of BIT Intelligent Technology Company

In recent years,with the in-depth development of information technology in the world and the transfer of manufacturing industry to developing countries,China's demand for chip products is growing.Objectively speaking,in many fields in China,the localization rate of chips is low,long-term dependence on imports and the proportion of imported chips is up to 90%.In 2018,the Ministry of science and technology will list the semiconductor laser industry as a national key strategic industry.The recent intensified "trade war" between China and the United States has further accelerated the rise of domestic chip R & D enterprises.Chip R & D and manufacturing enterprises are typical science and technology enterprises,which reflect the development status of domestic science and technology industries to a certain extent,and are the epitome of science and technology industries.Bit company is a scientific and technological enterprise specialized in providing core components,modules and solutions for artificial intelligence industry.It has been established for more than ten years and has mastered many core technologies from laser module devices to chips.Facing the strategic opportunity period of chip enterprises and the core technology advantages of the company,it is imperative for bit company to carry out the management of core competitiveness.Taking bit company as an example,under the guidance of resource theory,this paper studies the evaluation and promotion of enterprise core competitiveness.Based on the existing literature and theory,this paper expounds the basic situation of bit company.Through analysis,it is believed that bit company has 7 resources and 7 capabilities.Of the 7 capabilities,5 can form the competitive ability of bit company.Based on the existing literature,this paper selects the appropriate indicators to carry out the research on the core competitiveness identification of bit company.According to the research,bit company has two core competitiveness: scientific decision-making and achievement transformation.At the same time,corporate profitability,culture and cohesion,and technological innovation ability are the "short boards" that lead to the core competitiveness of bit company.Finally,the improvement measures are studied.The innovation of this paper lies in that on the basis of comparing the existing evaluation indexes of core competitiveness of technology-based enterprises with literature reading,the evaluation system and process applicable to the core competitiveness of bit company are selected,which provides a practical and powerful support for the development of enterprise strategy.The development of this study can not only provide theoretical and practical guidance for bit company,but also help the collaborative development of domestic technology-based enterprises,and provide suggestions for further optimization of industrial layout.
