Facing of increasingly fierce market economy competition, to achieve the high efficiency of the general management of business, personnel and wage management system has become an indispensable part of contemporary management.The paper describes the personnel salary management system research background of Minxi Prison, and its significance of the project and the current of research and application status, clear the wage management is a complex and cumbersome management process, we should adopt appropriate technology to save time, using information technology to replace manual operation to achieve zero error;using software engineering UML modeling technology principle and method to analyze the demand of this system. In business analysis, the paper uses the activity diagram to analyze the system’s problems, organizational structure, business process, and uses case diagram to improve more advanced management mode and information technology. The system includes wage information, salary change, promotion salary, salary adjustment and information query. In the data analysis, the paper uses the concept class diagram to illustrate the relationship between the whole and the individual.
