Research And Analysis On Personnel Management System Of Zunyi Public Security Bureau

With the development of computer technology, the computer widely used in various industries, especially in the heavy personnel work performance is more outstanding. The public security organization as an important department of the government, personnel management demand more urgent, Study establish the public security personnel management system helps to improve the scientific level of police team management.This paper firstly introduces the project background of the zunyi public security bureau, and the significance of the research, clear the paper research content and main work. In the business analysis section, this paper introduced the existing problems in personnel management work of the zunyi public security bureau, also the organization structure and business process are analyzed, optimized business process is given; In the functional analysis section, we use case diagram to find the function of the personnel management system, and then, designed the function package diagram and sub-function package diagram. In data analysis section, we designed the entity class diagram by analyze the data which used in each functional, and then, the database table structure is established. Finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also discussed.
