Implementation And Application Of Embedded Web Server Based On Linux

With the development of internet, the combination between embedded system and internet is getting inseparably associated. How to share the informations of embedded application system through internet, the hot subject has been researched. The embedded web server emerges as the times required, it is one important application of embedded technology network.Its features are simple, cheap, good function and versatility, and it is widely used for remote control system, intelligent electrical and resource sharing.Aiming at the request of animal laboratory on the temperature and the alternating time of light and dark, in this paper put forward a remote control scheme, which use embedded hardware system as its hardware platform and Linux operating system as its software platform. The solution use the Web technology as core design, select embedded microprocessor S3C2440as server system CPU, realized the remote control function. Users can operate the temperature sensor and fluorescent lamps of animal laboratory through the server’s CGI program, and see the feedback result at the user Terminal.Firstly, a realization and application scheme of the embedded Web server is put forward in this thesis, Then the paper introduced the construction of its software and hardware platform. Secondly, the thesis introduced how to design the system software platform. It includes:the foundation of cross compiler environment, the transplantation of U-Boot, the transplantation of operator system kernel and the make of file system.And then the realization method of embedded web server based on Linux platform is studied based on the system software has been designed, including the transplanting and allocation of GoAhead server. The system achieves the remote communication between the remote monitor computer and the local MCU with CGI technology and bus technology of RS485.And Finally the Embedded Web Server achieves the application in remote control system.
