The21st century is the development of information technology into the high-speedchannel, information technology has become the most crucial part of the developmentof the world economy. In China, information technology has become the key to thecountry’s industrial structure optimization and upgrading of internationalcompetitiveness and comprehensive national strength. Property management is the onlyway to improve efficiency of government property management, and innovation of itsguidance system, the concept of innovation is a top priority of the government propertyinformation management.Under the background of government property management, a governmentproperty management system is achieved. The management system is based on struts,spring, hibernate J2EE framework. It’s designed by Eclipse with Java and JSP language.The development of the system in full compliance with software engineeringdevelopment of norms. First, a research on JavaEE System development process, TheJavaEE System development process of MVC framework Struts2and Hibernate, andthe status of the property management information is done. Early in the systemdevelopment, a detailed needs analysis about property management information systemcarry out. The needs analysis summed up the system goal of building principles andrequirements. In the case of a large number of investigations of property managementsituation, property management business processes is abstracted. The functional moduleof the system based on needs analysis is designed. The database is designed using E-Rdiagram analysis. Database table views, and stored procedures is created through SQLServer2005. Then each system function module is achieved through MyEclipse.Finally, the government property management system is tested. The test is donefrom the five aspects of unit testing, functional testing, user interface, performance andcompatibility. The test results show the system is in line with the actual needs ofproperty management work, but also to provide interactivity to the user to be able tomeet the basic needs of the user function. The government property management level ofintelligent, professional, information technology grows with this system. It improves the security of property information and working efficiency, reduces costs. Using thisgovernment property management system can gain good effect.
