Design And Implementation Of Jinhua Sunshine Garden Community Property Management System

At present computer technology has been widely applied to all walks of life, its advantages are gradually revealed. Based on the above reasons, more and more fields began to promote informatization construction, including the property industry. But at present community property management informationization level is not high,and it still use the traditional manual mode to manage the community property information, which results low efficiency and massive manpower.Under this background, It is a trend that according to the property management needs company to build new community property management system.This thesis is based on web design and development of community property management system. Through survey of property company’s existing management business process analysis, to determine the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Paper’s main work includes:(1)The overall schemeFirst in the analysis of B/S and C/S mode and comprehensive property management requirements, on the basis of community property management system based on B/S model design and development, and the function realization based on the J2 EE platform. In order to improve the performance of the system, and achieve the purpose of reduce the complexity of system development, system introduced the Struts framework.(2)The community property management system analysis and designThrough the analysis of the business needs of the system and function requirement analysis to determine the system function structure, determine the system by the property management module, the household management module, equipment management module, complaint management module, system management module and data management module of six parts, and the system database design and security design.(3)The implementation of community property management systemOn the basis of system analysis and design, carried out the function of the system implementation.The system has been successfully applied to manage community property, whichachieved automatic management of community property information, community resident can master community information through the system, staff can realize the efficient management of property information, which can provide reference for other property management company.
