Design And Implementation Of E-Government Scene Building Platform Base On J2EE

The e-government develops rapidly with the progress and innovation in the network technology and electronic technology. Building "service-oriented government" has become the first and foremost important task of all levels of governments at e-government. The scene-mode guidance reflects the government portal services are an important humanity way, and now it becomes a trend. To change the condition that the portal of the current government can not be dynamically updated static scene modes customized services, construction fast and convenient scene building system is an important tool for the development of scenario-service.The scene building system has the function of dynamic creation and management services to the scene.This thesis analysis and describe the concept of J2EE framework and application of related middleware software, and then gives the basic system architecture analysis and requirements analysis of each module, including the business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Secondly, the system architecture is in-depth discussed, the thesis presents details of the overall framework of the system, including the module design, the database design and the implementation of principles and processes. Moreover, the realized system results are demonstrated. What is more, the prospects for the system extension and the development expectation of the lightweight J2EE are highlighted.System running results show that the programs of J2EE-based scene building platform has practicality and feasibility. It improves service management, efficiency and convenience of construction, and improves service levels of e-government scenario.
