Currently, the fast spread and widely use of manage information systems has greatly improved people's working efficiency and service quality. It promotes people's work to develop toward the direction of unification, automation, scientific management. This paper is about the analysis and development of residential property management system which is for the everyday communication between proprietors and the property company. Using this system, users can query the payment details of property management fee, heating fee, water fee, electricity fee, gas fee etc. check residential news such as housing rent, sell buy information. Users can also post property damage and repair information in order to get help form the property company.According to the needs of the proprietors and the property company, we start the overall design of this system including functional architecture, technical architecture design, then the system function modules are analyzed and modeled, and then we complete the design of database tables. Finally this paper describes the implementation of the system function modules. The implementation of the system jointly uses DAO and business agent pattern, thereby yielding independence among data persistence layer, model layer and the Web application layer, making system maintenance and expansion easier. The system is easy to use, portable, efficient and convenient to connect the database. In terms of security, the system uses authentication, permissions, and other technology to protect the network and system. The system is developed under windows XP, in eclipse IDE, using advanced J2EE technologies, Struts framework, and B/S/S multi-layer architecture. For the database we use MySQL, which is easy to use with good scalability and a high degree of integration of related software.
