Design And Implementation Of The Information Management System Of Government Affairs Based On J2EE

Under the background of rapid development of informatization,the government affairs system work has an increasingly urgent need to improve informatization.Government departments are in urgent need of using modern management methods to improve the efficiency of government affairs work and promote the professionalization and informatization of government affairs work of government organs,so as to better serve the people.The information system of government affairs system designed in this paper is a multi-layer distributed system,which makes use of J2 EE program development platform and the powerful function of database technology.With the help of B/S structure,the process of information system can be simplified as far as possible,so that its interface becomes more concise and the operation is simpler.Users can complete it only by using Internet explorer,which improves the convenience of system operation.In addition,Web services have three advantages: first,they can communicate over the firewall;Secondly,users only need to know how to use it,and they don't need to know how to implement it.Once again,all the system is running on the network,users can use the Internet.In this paper,design of government affairs information management system based on J2 EE is geared to the needs of high level and high quality,high efficiency of business achieve as the theme,in the thorough analysis and research,on the basis of the current WEB development frontier technology,based on the J2 EE platform and MVC design pattern idea,USES the UML unified modeling language(UML),the various business affairs work of e-government system unified modeling,constructed by the WEB service presentation layer,business logic layer,data persistence layer consisting of three layers of B/S system overall structure;Among them,thepresentation layer USES JSP,Struts,Servlet,Java Bean technology,the business layer USES Spring,Java Bean technology,database persistence layer USES Hibernate and Oracle database,and realizes the model,view,control and other comprehensive functions in the WEB development of the administrative system transaction management system.Government affairs information management system,combined with modern information management concept,the modern network,with the advantage of communication technology,in transaction management and guide the government for the interests of the masses of business services,with the aid of intelligent management system,effective office to handle affairs the efficiency of the more convenient for the people to provide quality services.
