Design And Implementation Of Community Property Management System

At present computer technology has been widely applied to all walks of life, its advantages are gradually revealed. Based on the above reasons, more and more areas began to promote informatization construction, including the property industry. But the current community property management informationization level is not high, still use the traditional manual mode to manage the community property information, this model not only low efficiency, also requires a lot of human cost to meet the demand of the existing management. In this context, according to the property management needs company to build a new community property management system has become the inevitable development trend.This thesis is based on web design and development of community property management system. Through survey of property company’s existing management business process analysis, to determine the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements. Thesis research work can be summarized as the following three aspects:(1) the overall scheme of choice: first, the analysis of B/S and C/S mode and comprehensive property management requirements, on the basis of community property management system based on B/S model design and development, and the function realization based on the J2 EE platform. In order to improve the performance of the system, and achieve the purpose of reduce the complexity of system development, system introduced the Struts framework.(2) the community property management system analysis and design, through analyzing system of the business needs of the specific include feasibility analysis, business process analysis, case analysis and the analysis of the non-functional requirements. On the basis of demand analysis, in the form of flow chart of system function module in detail design, including property management module, the household management module, equipment management module, complaint management module, system management module and data management module and so on six parts.(3) the implementation of community property management system: on the basis of system analysis and design, carried out the function of the system implementation.System has been successfully applied to the property company property management business, realize the automation of the community property information management, community residents through information that is relevant to the system can grasp the community staff can realize the efficient management of property information, which can provide reference for other property company.
