Shandong XinPeng group is a high-tech emerging enterprises. With modernproduction lines and the most advanced testing equipment, the company is theprofessional company of producing seamless steel pipe of the manufacturers, leadingproducts for the low pressure boiler pipe, oil special pipe, Marine special tube, highpressure boiler tube, high pressure oxygen cylinder tube, etc. Due to the businessexpanding and the sales increasing, the group wants to be able to make full use of thecurrent customer information. On the analysis of customer data, on the basis ofimproving customer satisfaction, explore potential customers and satisfy differentcustomers’ personalized requirements, improve customer loyalty and realize thecontinuous growth of the customer value, thus improving the group enterprisecompetitiveness.From the group’s actual demand, and combining the existing computer worktechnology, to continuously optimize the group’s customer relationship maintenance anddevelopment of the group customer relationship management system. Customerrelationship management as the center of this system in, the standardization of themanagement science and applied in the advanced computer technology and networktechnology, through the business process optimization, for the group’s customerrelationship management provides a new solution.In this thesis, at first the group business are simply described, and then accordingto the customer relations management of the design ideas, the system design feasibilityanalysis, on the demand analysis and business analysis technology, we designed thesystem business logic and database, combining with advanced computer networktechnology, using c#and Asp.NET technology of system and program realization.System use Sql server2000for data support platform, use stored procedures on thesystem arrangement, business to improve the performance of the system.This system is convenient to the customer group for information management, tomaintain and strengthen customer contact, so as to be able to provide long-termcustomer group member, improve the group’s market reaction ability and the level, make the group business management more standardized, and promote the group’sprofit sustainable growth, and at the same time, improve the company staff officeefficiency, strengthen the supervision of the group of employees, make customerfeedback can timely disposed of properly.
