In modern warfare, the military has a very high emphasis on the development ofradar technology, radar weapons systems are the countries with the development oftechnology not being ignored. In the sixty years since the end of World War II, due tothe outstanding performance of the radar in the war, all countries in radar technology toput in a lot of manpower and material resources. With the rise of China’s economy,increased investment in scientific research, the radar simulator is also very extensive,the main purpose of the radar simulator auxiliary real radar, radar simulator is dividedinto more than one direction, Some studies have focused on radar simulator hardware,some radar simulators focus on in analog display weather environment, radar detectionprogram to parse data authenticity.This thesis is to study software radar simulator, the system is divided into threeparts, three parts of data communications through the Internet, due to the real-timecommunication, so take the UDP protocol communications to meet the communicationsneeds. The system is divided into three parts, the first part is a computer simulation ofaircraft, can simulate multiple aircraft flying in the air, using the map of China as areference of the aircraft. The first part of the simulated aircraft coordinates transmittedover the network to the second part of the radar simulator and the third part of theinformation fusion center. The second part of the radar simulator, the partiallycompleted work is the first to detect aircraft simulator. Then adding noise detection datatransmit to the third part of the information fusion center. Information Fusion Centerinformation fusion algorithm, draw a flight path of the aircraft. Information fusioncenter in the first part of the data from the flight simulator, and track their owncalculated are compared to assess the fusion algorithm.This paper describes the realization of the second part of a radar simulator and thethird part of the information fusion center. The system is implemented VISUAL C++,this article highlights in Chapters III and IV, the radar simulator and the implementationprocess of the information fusion center.
