KPI evaluation system as an advanced evaluation system is widely used in theworld. China’s large enterprises and institutions to KPI system were introduced as wellas the reference, set up with Chinese characteristics and in line with the actual situationof enterprise performance evaluation system. KPI evaluation of management in allaspects of a wide range of applications, in the post management business also has awide application prospect.To find out the specific business needs post office on the basis of through researchon the post evaluation management system of KPI demand analysis detaily is the maincontent of this paper, based on the traditional KPI evaluation management system, andput out some ideas and methods to improve it. In order to more deeply research the KPIevaluation namagement system, we subdivided the system into some specific module,and each module of the process is analysised by business flow diagram. Based on theanalysis of demand, according to the post office KPI evaluation management system,the function and method of the process it the main focus of the function module. Thedababase memory used SQL2005, and the development language used DELPHI, whichis used in more fields, to achieve the post office KPI evaluation management systemdevelopment. Finally, the post office business process is complex, the equivalence class,function test and other aspects of the post office customer management system carriedout a detailed test. Specific content is as follows.(1) on the KPI performance evaluation method and DELPHI technology areanalyzed and discussed in detail, system development methods and related techniques;(2) the post office KPI evaluation of management process and its characteristicsand performance appraisal system made deep research and needs analysis, based on theUML method on" post office KPI evaluation management system" for the requirementmodeling;(3) completed the overall system architecture design, database design, systemfunction design, based on DELPHI platform to complete the system module coding,eventually to achieve its function; (4) describes the system test environment, the system performance testing andfunctional testing are analyzed and discussed.Through the system on-line verification post office KPI evaluation managementsystem can effectively improve the post office staff efficient management, at the sametime can make a variety of systems analysis results of performance salary adjustment,the post office can better personnel management and work arrangements.
