The anti-slip task for waiting vehicles placed at railway yard of intermediate station concerns the safety and efficiency of railway transportation. With the increase of marshalling task in intermediate station, automated request for vehicles anti-slip task has been getting higher and higher. In order to further effectively avoid parking vehicles from the slip accident, than seriously affect the safety in production of railway, anti-slip task has become an important safety level of traffic department. Under this demand, this paper added an anti-slip monitoring management system on the basis of the existing wireless digital plane shunting system. And develop data management software of the PC based on Windows platform, using the Delphi language. In particular, this paper includes following several aspects.(1) Research the communication plan between PC and anti-slip equipment. After refit the handheld platform of plane shunting system, we use RFID technology to realize the information acquisition. The communication between handheld platform and control platform provides the wireless transmission of information. PC receives the data from control platform with serial ports, than handle and save them.(2) The scheme of this anti-slip monitoring management system. According to the detailed requirements of the system, this paper designing the hardware, at the same time to complete the software of mobile terminal and fixed terminal.(3) The design of the interface and data management software for PC. According to the needs of the whole process of anti-slip task, the interface of software is simple, detailed and strong interactivity. In this paper, we chose Microsoft SQL Server2005as our database which is much better among its kind, and then we design a good data structure to keep all kinds of anti-slip data.(4) The test of system. After the implementation of the system, we use existing equipment in the laboratory for software debugging and test, and completed the default function of each module.The system can supervise and manage the whole anti-slip task in time and effectively. This system can not only accurately record the whole process of anti-slip task, but also can ensure the safety of the yard work, make the whole railway transportation capacity a further improve.
