The Research And Application Of Commercial&Trading Enterprise Information Based On CMMI-ACQ

Nowadays, with the rapid development and the increasing procurement demand ofinformation technology in the enterprises, how to combine supply and improve the successrate of information technology implementation has become great concern. A lot of researchand literature show that domestic and abroad researchers are still focusing on softwaredevelopment model (CMMI-DEV). Although it can ensure the traceability and processspecification of production development under maximal control, whether the developedproduct can really meet the demand of end users, is still unknown. This is the reason whysuccess rate of information technology implementation has not increased with theimprovement of information technology, which has become a problem for business managers;meanwhile, because most decision-makers do not understand information technology, how tocustomize a reasonable implementation of information technology strategy and where it canbe learned from success cases in the implementation have become a common problem inmany enterprises.Based on the above issues, this thesis focuses on the research of software productprocurement model (CMMI-ACQ). Combining with the abstract virtual model and actualprocurement case study, it reveals the common procedure existing in the traditional ITprocurement process. The readers can take thisinformation as a reference.The thesis is divided into five parts: firstly, it introduces the research background andimportance, briefing description of the main research content and opinions; then, it presentsCMMI framework and CMMI-ACQ fields, concentrating on the relationship and differencebetween CMMI-ACQ and CMMI-DEV, giving the benefit analysis of procurement andimplementation of CMMI-ACQ software; next, combining a great number of documentationwith writer’s work experience, it gives commercial enterprises an abstract model of planninginformation technology and describes the critical stages in the specific implementation byanalyzing the characteristics of business enterprises and supply chain model; after that, itgives the templates of relevant document and rational procedures in various key stages,describing application of CMMI-ACQ actual software procurement through specific cases;Finally, it concludes the research result based on the study, and analyzes the limitation of thethesis.
