In recent years,with the wide used of application,the need of more stable and reliable software is booming.Never are the problems of attention to quality, the quality of the software is also mentioned on the height of the platform, software developers think the quality of their software and the attention of the user experience of software is to be able to maintain in the industry with constant competitiveness and occupy the market the important points. So in the software industry is often discussed is how to improve and manage their own software and how it is effective keeping competition in the market.Based on "software defect data is the most important of software process improvement decisions management information sources" argument, so this article mainly study from the aspects of software defect management, from the analysis of software defect measurement, at the same time to strengthen the understanding of software metrics theory knowledge and on the basis of data mining algorithms, we focus on the analysis of the CMMI system. In this system, enterprise ability and the requirement of quantitative management is proportional.To the enterprise the higher the energy, the requirements improved, the metrics of software defect measurement is key.This paper will be based on the CMMI model software defect measurement framework, build a combination GQIM measurement model of the new model. The new model of defect metrics main focus of this paper is: plan, implement measure, evaluation metrics and process improvement from four aspects. Software analysis process with a combination data mining nomaly detection algorithm and clustering algorithm K- means to integrate.In the process of the analysis of the software, we main measure for defect data analysis, and then dig in software process more useful information, which can help enterprise in the management of software to software defect management, improve the software maturity level of energy.In the last part of the thesis, this paper make a theory to practice, use the practical model of CMMI software defect measurement in practical projects, the structure, the main steps include measurement metrics selection and measure plans and measurement process of the implementation of these four parts. After using some data analysis for quantitative analysis of software defect data, using software simulation results will be important in the actual development and research in the late of experience, to make the software development process more smooth and more effective.
