Government Procurement System Design And Implement Base On CMMI

With the constant expansion of government procurement size, governmentprocurement, the impact on economic development and the role has been growingconcern. On the one hand, government procurement, governments increasinglybecome an important means of macroeconomic regulation and control; the otherhand, the urgent need to prevent corruption of the sun to achieve the operation ofgovernment procurement. At present, the developed countries have triedlegislative means to apply information technology in government procurementactivities , the establishment of government procurement management platform,e‐government procurement, government procurement has become thedevelopment trend of the future.This paper is based on the development of China's government procurementindustry status quo, in clarifying the implementation and management ofgovernment procurement on the basis of the theory, combined with the practicaloperation of the system for government procurement, design and development ofthe industry a government procurement system, the future of e‐governmentprocurement development of certain significance.This paper describes the theoretical knowledge of CMMI for Development,CMMI theoretical guidance in accordance with government procurement describedin detail the core business needs. Were described according to business needs ofthe system architecture design, detailed design and integrated deployment of thesystem, the detailed design of the system to a functional module, for examplechapter describes the system design focus on implementation. Finally, the operation of the system, and summarized the work done, and further researchwere discussed.
