For the financial sector, especially the banking industry, the current market competition is increasingly fierce, the competition between Banks and Banks have gradually shift from product competition on competition in the customer relationship management(CRM), and the application of CRM(customer relationship management system) will be a key factor in banks' customer relationship management content in winning competition.But the bank's internal customer information management is still no unified understanding, and the lack of a set of perfect customer information management and analysis system, and its work to be done are vague, leading to the inline customer service management process is not scientific, and customer service efficiency is not high, resulting in slow development in the customer management, bank competitiveness is weak.In view of the above financial industry development trend of the subject, and customer relationship management of the bank's real problem, based on JavaEE technology platform, using Struts +Hibernate lightweight framework, developed by B/S model design and implementation of a bank customer relationship management system, the system has realized the basic information management module marketing, customer management module, management module, management module, the statistical inquiry service module and system management module. The realization of the function module, the bank customers management work in the traditional bank customer information management, basic data management, service marketing business, all kinds of statistics and data query and other business functions in a unified software system platform, realizes the electronic process using database technology and network technology.In summary, the bank through the realization of this system, to better serve customers, provide quality services to bank customers, which can satisfy the ascending bank business development needs, and ultimately enhance the user of bank market competitiveness in financial industry.
