Jiangxi Unicorn’s customer relationship management system in order to facilitate the company’s leadership and functional departments in a timely manner, quickly and accurately grasp the industry sales, management, services and related market reaction. Customer relationship management decision support platform data analysis graphs, charts, show it to the relevant departments or units, data sharing, management decision-making process for the purpose of information immediate response, lay a solid foundation for the implementation of the decision-making.This paper describes the management of customer relationship management system development using the B/S structure development, system development using NET technology that uses SQL Server2000as the database, the system user-friendly, basically meet the demand for customer relationship management system. This paper describes the needs of the customer relationship management system, including customer information management business, customer credit management business, customer satisfaction management business and call center management, business analysis and functional requirements, and system data model and data flow diagram, on the basis of the needs analysis, the paper gives the modular design of the system B/S architecture design, system into modules, and customer information management, customer credit management, customer satisfaction management functions and call center management functions. Existing workflow optimization, and lay the foundation for the realization of customer relationship information management.This system around the actual needs of Jiangxi Unicom customer relationship management to start basically completed the system requirements analysis and system design, to lay the foundation for the further implementation of the system.
