The production of customer relationship management is not only the need of marketdemand and management concept, but also the need to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. In the highly competitive market, enterprises, especially in the telecommunications industry, have a large and frequent contact with the customer base of the enterprise, we must actively implement customer relationship management. The customer is a stable and large group, the establishment of customer relationship management system is conducive to better tracking and customer service, for the company establish efficient business processes, reduce operating costs, to obtain more profits.This system is designed based on B / S structure, using Power Designer to database modeling, Axure RP to complete the prototype design,using the Eclipse development tools,on the basis of technological framework of mixed Struts-Spring-Mybatis, use SQL Server2008 database, the front desk using JSP, j Query, AJAX, j Query easy UI etc.development implementation, and use the Firebug tool to carry out the front-end debugging.This system is mainly to achieve the marketing management, customer management, service management and the basic data, the realization of the users and roles of the corresponding and roles and permissions distribution and separation, the different roles have different operating privileges and security.The system is convenient and effective to manage the customer information in Binjiang colleges and universities, and it can save the manpower and material resources of China Unicom Binjiang branch of Hangzhou, and improve the efficiency of the company.
