The current rapid development of computer technology, greatly improvedproductivity levels. With the emergence of new technologies and new ideas, ahuge amount of information generated. From the information we can see a lot ofvisual information, e.g from the company’s sales we can know the level of sales,from the user of the website we can see the popularity of the site etc. While thedepth of excavation of the information is more important.Customer relationship management in enterprises is an important factoraffecting the development of enterprises, so how to handle so many informationwhich produced by customers is usually a difficult problem. The enterprisesmust be research the customer relationship management. In the huge number ofthe customer relationship information, data mining technology can be used toanalysis the information. In the process of enterprise development, it can get somany information about the customer, if the enterprise can take advantage ofthese information, it can make themselves more powerful.Data miningtechnology can be fully applied to the enterprise customer relationshipmanagement,which can greatly improve the management of customerrelationships, can dig out the potential maximum intensity of information,providing information to business decision-making, so get the enterprise marketcompetitiveness. The current business process customer relationship data can dobasic CRUD functions, while forecasting and other aspects of the enterprise donot so far. So the study of combine data mining technology and customermanagement has a very important practical significance.Based on data mining related technologies, customer relationshipmanagement related knowledge research, design and implementation of data mining based customer relationship management system, the system mainlyconsists of customer relationship management in several areas,such as customervalue analysis, product value analysis, customer retention, customer satisfactionanalysis, customer value analysis module which uses k-means algorithm in datamining. Testing after the development, the system meet the needs of businessusers.This main work is as follows:1. Introduction research background, current situation and other relevantdomestic and international research knowledge, finally introduce this study’sideas.2. Introduce the related technologies of the research and development of thesystem.3. The system demands analysis.4. The overall design of the system, including system design, databasedesign, data table design.5. The system of implementation and testing work, including the interfacedesign work.The system at the technical level database using MySQL. Combined B/Sarchitecture, and the use of MVC design pattern by using PHP language andother technical development of the system.
