With the rapid development of economic in today’s society, more and more services industry realized that traditional methods can not meet people’s needs, the hotel service industry is also true:a lot of information and data need to be addressed as the industry continues to expand the scale, rely on traditional the method as paper recorded artificial registration method of the working boom, the working efficiency is not improved. In such a fierce competition to reduce unnecessary work, improve work efficiency, must face the problem of hotel management services industry.In the era of rapid development of computer technology, information management has tended to scientific and networking, computer technology applied to the management of the hotel. This system is based on C/S architecture, the use of the Java language and My SQL database development typical hotel room management system. In accordance with domestic and international hotel service industry development in the industry for computer usage, detailing the hotel room management system component of system management, data maintenance and front desk operation three functions. System management customer management, business statistics, and system help of three parts; room type and other information management data maintenance; future operations, including rooms and customer inquiries, as well as check-in and clearing functions. This thesis describes the system requirements analysis, database design and the function of specific design and implementation are described in detail. Strong background support the use of computer automation management system to deal with the hotel rooms business for the hotel room service management, improve management efficiency, to achieve systematic management workflow, automation and standardization. Effectively avoid the traditional, inefficient manually fill in the documents, statistical time-consuming, and error-prone data occurs, in order to effectively improve the quality of service of the hotel and to obtain greater economic benefits.
