On the basis of using the existing network environment, the system is used the object-oriented analysis and designed method,coded in C++ Builder 6.0.In SQL Server2005 database platform, it is designed and developed a set of computer room management system based on C/S architecture. The paper first studies the machine room management system background and research significance of the topic, and then introduces the object-oriented technology. The System has carried on the demand analysis,including functional requirements and performance requirements.The functional requirements focuses on system management,member management, billing, remote management function modules. The non-functional requirements focuses on performance requirements, safety requirements and reliability requirements, etc. In view of the computer information management system for architecture, database design, the flow diagram, sequence diagram and so on concrete implementation for each functional modules, and then according to the functional requirements and non-functional requirements to the content of the two aspects of test. The test result is good.The machine room management system management system is along with the information campus construction in colleges and universities in recent years. The discussion is more of a technical project. At the same time also it has a lot of forming management systems, including pure software of the system and the combination of software and hardware system. This system is based on the current mode of our school computer room management and development of a pure software management system. The main purpose is to minimize the workload of network management personnel. With room for installation of the monitoring system, it achieves room open unattended state and the purpose of an administrator to manage multiple open laboratory at the same time.
