To realize higher education popularization of higher education is a new development of the historicchoice,1990independent college in higher education to speed up the development the background arises atthe historic moment, with Chinese characteristics is the pioneering spirit of the rich people running mode,xinjiang seize the opportunity, has built a batch of xinjiang for economic and social development of theindependent college. But the rise of knowledge economy and the rapid development of networkinformation resources, to our country industry has brought new opportunities and challenges, in the newsituation, how to deal with independent college library can be better and faster sustainable development, itis an independent college library very concern and worth to discuss major issue.This article chooses the xinjiang independent college library management service mode as the researchobject, based on the system theory, the whole points close theory, dynamic incentive theory, feedbacktheory, humanism theory, the integrated use of literature retrieval induction, investigation and statisticalanalysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis and othermethods to explore the independent college library management service mode, evaluation and constructionto construct reasonable library management service mode, the innovation service form, perfect themanagement service mechanism has important theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the full study of domestic and foreign about the library management services on the basis ofrelated literature, from xinjiang independent college library management service level of present situation,proposed the xinjiang independent college library service mode of management problems, thus in thecomprehensive use of various mathematical statistical model comprehensive evaluation on the basis ofindependent college to find out the current library management service performance level, based on thispeople-oriented strategy countermeasures.
