Innovative Exploration Of Library Management Service Mode In Art Colleges

The party's eighteen report for the whole society to put forward the socialist core value system to carry out the study and education,with the socialist core value system to lead the social trend of thought,social cohesion consensus call.With the development of the information and the change of the society,the digitalization has been deeply rooted in people's life,work and study.Not only the information resources have changed,but also the library management and service mode has changed.As a part of the university library,the art college library is facing the reform and innovation.In this paper,actively learn from the relevant knowledge of public management,mainly from the aspects of the management,human resource management,marketing,library of university cultural construction,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of management mode of library service in Colleges of Arts,and according to the theory of innovation,and provide valuable experience for the development of libraries of Colleges of arts.Induction,investigation and statistical analysis method,comprehensive analysis,normative analysis and empirical analysis combining with literature retrieval,put forward from the "People" "Resources" and "Space" three aspects to the construction of art class colleges and universities library management and service mode.Based on the existing management service problems in Art College Library and puts forward some suggestions: "Humanistic management" and "Personalized management" combination;actively carry out campus cultural activities,improve the degree of concern;strengthen the construction of library resources,rich library contents;establish scientific and reasonable system of Book Acquisitioning and subject service.The research of this paper is of great significance to promote the continuous improvement of the management work of the library of art college.
