In recent years, the communications market saturation rising heterogeneous alternative to strengthen, the traditional communication operators face serious challenges. With the continuous progress of the process of information, ICT (Information Communication Technology, referred to as ICT) information technology and communication technology integration and the formation of new concepts and new technologies appear. Communications operators have adopted ICT business development and exploration of emerging business models, seeking to smooth transition to integrated information service provider, to achieve a seamless transition ideal curve. Communications carriers only to grasp the pulse of ICT development, in order to stay ahead in the current competition.ICT project of Guangxi Mobile Company is to provide customers with communications services (CT), the application of information technology (IT) complete,"one-stop" solution specific coverage language, data, Internet and other converged communications services and IT application services. Guangxi Mobile is based on the theory of modern project management, through constant practice, the formation of the ICT project management, the success of management needs and the combination of theory, starting from the project management functions, management processes, collaboration between different departments with overlapping functions, strengthening the ICT project management process control, to clear each process management practices, effective management of ICT projects, Guangxi Mobile ICT business development provides a solid protection.The study is divided into five parts:The first chapter introduces the research background, significance, research methods, and gives the theoretical basis of the study; Chapter Ⅱ, Guangxi Mobile companies, including the Company architecture, business, market competition, as well as project management model and the challenges; Chapter, Guangxi Mobile ICT project management status quo and SWOT analysis of the company to strengthen the significance of the ICT project management; the chapter combines project management theory and Guangxi Mobile company’s specific circumstances, specific implementation measures proposed to strengthen ICT project process management; fifth chapter conclusion and outlook.
