Research On Process Management Of Network Construction Project Of Guangxi Radio And Television Network Company

Guangxi Radio and Television Network Company’s Rural Network Construction Project had a budget overran and was not completed on time,even when the company is following national policy,and facing great development opportunities.To solve the problem,this paper uses "the Frontier,Guangxi Radio and Television in Rural Network Construction" project as a case study example,to introduce project management method to the Guangxi Radio and Television Networks Company’s rural network construction projects.The paper combines research and analysis,analyzes the company organizational structure and characteristics,and current status of the rural network construction project management.Based on case study from the "The Frontier,Guangxi Radio and Television in Rural Network Construction" project,this paper discusses common project management issues in the rural network construction,which helps optimize rural network construction project process management,offers reference for similar projects in radio,film and television industry,and provides process management guidance for the Guangxi Radio and Television Networks Company and its 89 subsidiaries.The paper will also help improve the quality of network construction and service,and increase market competitiveness and credibility of the company.
