Research On Software Project Management Optimization Of Z Company

The continuous development of technology has injected new vitality into the development of the enterprise.But at the same time,it has also brought various competitive pressures to the enterprise.In order to better survive the increasingly severe competition,small and medium-sized enterprises need to continuously improve their own comprehensive strength.For software development companies,how to better manage software projects and complete software project delivery quickly and economically is also vital to their own development.Software project management is the combination of software and project management,which has its own unique beginnings.This paper will review the latest theoretical knowledge at home and abroad,and mainly introduce the related concepts of project management and software project management and its process models.My research object is Z company,which is an industrial Internet company.By introducing the current status of software project management of Z company,and discovering the problems and root causes of the problems in the software project management of Z company through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,I put forward targeted optimization suggestions to solve problems of Z company in integration management,cost management,risk management,schedule management,scope management,etc.In order to ensure that the software project management optimization process can be implemented smoothly,some safeguard measures are proposed,including leadership level,incentive level,and propaganda level.Only through one or several optimizations,a mature software project management system cannot be successfully established.Simply copying the theoretical knowledge of project management and copying the good experience of other companies in project management will not be able to immediately solve the specific problems encountered by the current company.It is necessary to learn the theory of project management and deeply understand its existence value.At the same time,in the daily activities of the enterprise,it is necessary to continuously discover problems and make targeted optimizations,and make corresponding adjustments based on the optimization results in order to achieve a comprehensive enterprise.sustainable development.
