H GJB5000A Enterprise Software Project Management Process Improvement Based On Research

With competition increasing and enterprise business become complex, project management has become a powerful management tool of economic globalization and knowledge-based economy. The applied research of it has also become increasingly valued among companies. The actual project management process of one company in aerospace field needs a long period and a large part of its links don’t have a clear goal and deliverable document which lead to bad traceability and underachievement in quality. In order to deal with the needs for managing software project, that company places more importance on project management. Improving the global capacity in project management, controlling cost, improving quality, dealing with all kinds of risks well, improving the degree of recognition and trust of the customers, and promoting the realization of its strategic target become the most pressing issues.This thesis comprehensively introduces related theories of GJB5000A and the features of software project management of the company in aerospace field based on the present situation and existing problems in project management and the analysis of application prospect of GJB5000A, and also from the practical application of astronautical project management of GJB5000A. It studies GJB5000A’s application in astronautical project management, analyzes the key problems in applying GJB5000A to astronautical project management, introduces in detail the organization, role, and responsibility in GJB5000A’s management application, and also intensively studies the support process, track, and controlling process of GJB5000A’s project management. The thesis also cuts out the process of GJB5000A’s project management application in that company, combining with its project management system, summarizes the difficulties and innovations of GJB5000A’s application in astronautical project, and puts forward the research orientation.
