Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of network and computer technology, people are no longer satisfied with traditional means of communication of the use of PBX. The communication system requires not only easy to develop and expand, but also requires simple maintenance and good transplantation, and most importantly, the user requests the high quality speech communication, while the costs can be reduced. Therefore, the new distributed PBX system which using softswitch-based IP technology, has a broad application prospects.This paper mainly deals with the design and implementation of Softswitch-based IP Voice Communication System. This paper uses the Asterisk technology, an integrated switch IP_PBX and JAVA designed the voice communication system. The system mainly consists of two parts, one part of the system is the voice function module, the other part is an information management module. The main modules of the information management module including user management, extension management, call monitoring and file management. User management module is responsible for managing user information and assigns available extensions to each user; Extension Management module manages all the available extensions; Call monitoring module shows details of each call record; File management module manages Asterisk files. Since JAVA language has good stability and low cost, the implementation of this part adopted Struts2+Spring+MyBatis integration framework which based on J2EE MVC and B/S architecture. The development tools of this part is Eclipse and the database of it is stable performance and simple operation Mysql. By the using of file management module the system could develop Asterisk and realize the voice function module, for example, voice communications between sifferent terminals, video communications, phone records and so on. The system, which is convenient to operate, simple to manage, low cost and has strong extensibility, can be used in a variety of companies and government agencies.
